On 25Aug Virgin active deducted R350.I called in and cancelled the payment and asked for a refund.So they would refund a R280 because R70 i pay for freezing my account.I was told to wait 5to10 days.After a while I called in again and was told they took another R70 because of the credit I still had with them ...that was now September.I was told they will pay the R210 in 10 days.Im still waiting on the R210
