I rejoin Virgin Active using Vitality, they debited the normal amount for Vitality members until last year in October then all of a sudden they started debiting the normal virgin active membership fee without the vitality benefit or discount. I am not sure the reason why but I have been trying to fix this since January virgin active head office can not fix this and refer me to the Virgin Active New Market and they are nothing but useless from the manager with all his staff. I am not happy and I want out. Please cancel my membership.
