Virgin Active - Membership cancellation

I have requested Virgin Active to cancel my membership on several occasions. I made phone calls, I have written letters. All what they do they acknowledge my letters and continue deducting money from my accounts.
My request is Virgin Active to stop my membership with immediate effect and pay all the money that they have been deducting from my account after cancellation.
