My account is billed incorrectly.
I've been told I owe R950 for the past two months.
We worked up a plan for me to pay in two installments.
I was told I had an outstanding balance of R299 after payment, which I disputed and asked for my account to be frozen as well as my account data to be emailed to me from three of your customer service representatives since last month, but to no effect.
I am now receiving calls informing me that I owe R580.
This is ridiculous.
