Virgin Active - Fraudulant debit order

We are a NPO, Cat trapping in the Winelands (For the love of animals) and 2 debit orders have gone off our account.
one in Nov and the other in Dec. Not one of our directors have joined the gym nor our cats, nor have we signed any document for a debit order.
I have sent numerous emails, made numerous calls, but every time your system is off line and nobody responds to the emails.
I will be taking the matter further and make a case of fraud at the SAPS today
