Cancelled my contract with Virgin Active during the Covid period all cancellation accepted 6 months down the line Virgin Active starts deducting gym fees off my account. After several attempts with their head office managed to cancel with them stating that they will refund all the gym fees deducted.
Called yesterday 17 January to confirm when payments will be made for my refund and also confirm that contract is cancelled now and no deductions will go through
This morning deduction again from Virgin Active 18 January R520 - after several discussions confirming that my contract is cancelled
This brings my bank account into a negative leaving my credit score low because someone just does not know what they are doing. This is unacceptable from Virgin Active
How do you just choose a random date and deduct gym fees off a customers account -
I now have to call the call center and explain my whole story again - I will probably again get a consultant that will put the phone off in my ear which has happened -
It is unacceptable service from Virgin Active
