My Debit was deducted 6 days to late by Virgin Active in which I did not have the fund available because it was 6 days overdue, then they debited me 10 days after that which is also not in agreement because it should be 15 days afterwards, so once again the debit lapsed. Now I am denied access to the gym because I did not get debited but is my debit order went of on the right day it would have been okay, that is Fraugelant and if this matter is not sorted out I will be heading to the ombudsman.
