I go to Amanzimtoti Centre virgin active. I'd like to find out on a certain procedure.

This am I came EARLY to utilize to outside spinning bike (Not in the spinning room) so I left my headset on the bike and went to the change rooms to leave my bag, I came back there was someone in the bike and they ask me to find another bike (honesty speaking this is something petty) but I've got a medical condition (broken collar bone) so I couldn't use the spinning room because it cold. Bone is more painful when it cold. So I called onsite supervisor and she calls me childish with an incorrect tone of voice and rudely and walks off, so as I was trying to find out the procedure I called the guy as a white man, I apologize if I was wrong by doing that
But onsite supervisor is very rude to her customers, kindly find a way to teach her to speak to her customers.

I'd also like to find out, what do I do in the morning when I come in early to utilize a certain equipment. Do I clock in and go straight to the machine with my bag and clothes and go to change room when I'm done? Because I wanted to ask that question but she left me standing while talking to her

Kindly advise so when I come in the following morning I do the right thing
