I have been trying to cancel my membership due to the fact that I am emmigrating. I keep calling in since end of April and the line keeps ringing. I went to the VA point and ask if they can asssitto cancel my membership but if I have to hear that VA systems are offline one more time I will loss it. I don't understand how the systems are always offline. I am now in Australia and have tried time after time to call to cancel my membership but the lines don't get answered. Its sad that after a 13 year of membership this is how you will end the relationship. let hope you will contact me now.
