I canceled my Virgin active contract In July 2019, I've been to the Virgin Active branch many times and spoken to any consultants, voice records was requested by the staff at Virgin Active as proof that I canceled my contract with your call centre yet I was still been debited. Till This very date the record has not been sent!
I sent an email on the 28th Of July 2021 to "
[email protected]", till today, no one as bothered to call me regarding my email let alone respond! This is just terrible customer service.
