Verimark - Broken bucket

I bought a verimakmark mop twister from builders that glen eagles. The bucket has a leak. I dont keep slips for non appliance things. They have cameras and can see I purchased the products. They complaining to exchange it. I paid 499. This is ridiculous. The bucket has a leak at the wheels .
