Uitkykvleismark - Cold drink with bad taste

Today I bought a cold drink called Pina colada. The taste was just horrible, like old milk. I complained to the manager who referred me to the people who made it in their kitchen. They said that the drink was fine . However I know exactly how Pina colada should taste, as I am from the Caribbean . The manager told the owner of the shop who was attending in front of me. She knows very well that i am a regular customer. She neither wanted to exchange it for another flavor or refund me. I left the shop devastated because I buy my groceries there and I am spending an exorbitant amount of money in this shop every month. Their treatment and general attitude towards me was unaceptable..
