I filed all necessary documents in January 2021 for my maternity benefit. In May 2022 I went to the Witbank branch, got new bank forms and submitted that the same day. I was told I will receive my money within 2 weeks. I still have not received anything. The call centre informed me I need to speak to the paymaster of the Witbank branch as all my documents are in order. This however seems impossible as I do not get replies on my emails. I have now been waiting for my UIF for 18 months.
