UIF - Unemployment Insurance Fund - Unwillingness to work and help clients

There is a lady at the entrance of the Randburg Department of Labour, she is usually stationed there along with the security guards but it does not appear that she is one of them but rather someone who is assigned to help clients at the entrance. Now, this lady seems to enjoy turning people away, instead of helping them. I've been turned away from the Randburg offices thrice, and each time I'm being given a new reason, and today coincidentally, she tried turning away this aged lady who was in front of me due to some minor issue and her colleague intervened and that lady was allowed inside to receive help. Today I insisted to be helped when she tried to turn me away and she was having none of it, and in the end she was irritated and said "Since you don't want to leave, I'm calling my Manager". She came back alone and proceeded to say "They said you can come in". When I entered, the guy who asked to help me asked for my papers and proceeded to say "Your papers are fine but you must come before 12H00, we don't help anyone after 12H00". I told him I have commitments that prevent me from coming before noon and said "For me to help you, go and ask for forgiveness from the people at the entrance for whatever you did". I was perplexed and asked what is it that I did wrong and he just laughed at me and said I won't get help until do so. I couldn't go to that lady and ask for forgiveness since there's nothing wrong I did and it dawned on me that she didn't go to fetch her Manager as she said but went to poison her colleague against me. I left without getting any help and what haunts me is the proud look in that lady's eyes when she saw me coming out powerless. She's abusing her power and us citizens who go there looking for genuine help, I hope she's brought to book and put in line. Unemployed people are going there using their last monies and she's busy doing this!
