Good day UIF department is useless
I applied for my UIF online on the 07/04/2022. It’s been over 2 months no response yet. Every time I follow up with them there’s always new information and they always requesting documents I’ve already sent to them. The agents don’t even know whether they coming or going, the department is messed up. Everyone in that department is messed up. Today I called them spoke to an agent told me that there is no termination date on the system, and then I hung up I called again one Agent told me everything is in order I should receive confirmation email for my payment. Until now no confirmation. Useless bunch of people. The whole department.
