I applied for maternity benefit last year September (Online), and I am calling the call centre every month but each time I am told the call centre can see my application together with the documents but I must wait for the relevant department to attend to this claim. This is exhausting, no update at all regarding why this is taking so long, when I pose that question to the call centre agent I’m told they don’t have access to see any other updates, so I must keep calling indefinitely.
