Since 1/10/2020 when I first lodged my UIF claim I have nothing but run arounds. call back in anything from 7 to 21 days and excuses. False promises of feedback on email or call backs and today I had enough. I was unemployed for 8 months and never received a single sent from the UIF office. Every time I sent documents you had to phone them before they "received" them and THEN only they get sent along - although all documents should be loaded via a "secure link" nobody every checks. My claim was declined after SEVERAL supporting and proof documents were loaded and on the 26th of June 2021 I was promised by a consultant named Thembelisa at 15:15pm that I would most definitely receive feedback this time because NOW (after 8 months) my email was linked to my claim and that they had a new administrative team that was far better than the previous one... I did as I was instructed and phoned back on the 9th of June only to once again be met with the same answer.... "Sorry for the inconvenience but we logged a ticked to assist you can you phone back in 7 days"..... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE assist me I don't know what to do anymore
