UIF - Unemployment Insurance Fund - Unemployed claims

I am complaining on behalf of my mom who is old been sick and who has been taken out of work as the person who is only working at home we are the family of 5 in a house hold and we have been depending on the salary now is is not working she was getting an unemployed fund which she only received once in June and she was supposed to be getting 6 payments and she has not received any payments in July and we are now in August still she has been contacting the department and she's always told that the issue is been escalated she is not well she has chronic illness heart conditions and kidney failure she needs to go to hospital for her check ups and she has missed appointment for last month as she didn't have bus fair I also didn't hear details are 710407 0333 086 and her email is [email protected] and the contact number is 0794683349 please help I have now where to ask for help now
