Agents are poorly trained, no supervisor available and continuous needless requests to resubmit documents.
I started my claim in January 2022 - whilst still employed with Company R. I had to resubmit numerous times as the document templates received were incorrect. This was done. Then I left Company R in June 2022 and started a new job at Company S. This resulted in additional requests for my current employer to complete a UI19, salary schedule and when there was no termination date - my case was thrown out. I had to get a letter from my current employer to say that I am not terminated as I am currently employed and the claim is from a period while working another employer pre my current employment. All was completed by 15th January - the last being the letter from Shoprite. Now they cant find any of the Company S Docs and I had to resend these again today 06022023.
