I have been struggling to get feedback regarding my UIF claim. I applied end of February 2022, only received feedback in August saying that there are outstanding documents which i sent in. When I call the department my profile states Paymaster closed in June 2022 and I should have received my payment within 10 days. I have been escalating my case weekly and i am getting nowhere. The timeline doesn't even make sense that they approved claim in June without my documentation. I cannot stomach calling the department again to tell me the same thing that they cannot help me and that I must call in every Monday to escalete. The service is useless, unclear and information is contradictory from every angle. What is going on?! Please assist urgently.
