UIF - Unemployment Insurance Fund - Uif paymaster closed but received no funds

I've requested my Uif money from the office and receive money for two months, on the 3rd month "Payment- closed" but no money would reflect into my account I queried it after later in the month after allowing them their set days they said they would take and received generic response from them.
I requested for every month after that including this month (Sept 2023) with querying inbetween and still never received any response nor my money in my account even though it would show "Paymaster -close" in my history (and also SMSs saying it'll be paid in 7 b/days)

Tried calling too and didn't even get to speak to anyone as the phone cuts off after 2hours dailing.
I have reference numbers that they also won't reply on or give explanations.

Is this normal of them??

Applied again this month but still haven't recieved any funds into my account

Applied again this month, received a message saying I'd receive payment in 7 business days.

Still haven't received funds that was said to appear last month or the months before that.
