I applied for UIF at the East London Office in March 2022, up to date I have only received 2 payments, I went to sign the form for the next payment on 25/05.
I went to do a follow up on 25/06 and I was informed I need to submit my previous payslip and a 3 months bank statement reflecting 3 previous salaries up to date I have not received my money.
What puzzled me the most every time I go to sign I'm requested the same documents when ever I go to follow up which doesn't make sense to me.
You have all my contact details buy yet again you fail to communicate.
It's very sad and unfair how I am treated I do not have a source of income I am behind with my rent and child school fees. I spend money to go to the office and I'm always told within 5 working days.
You have no remorse and very inconsiderate about other people's well-being. Even the manager at branch doesn't even care because she is getting her salary every month whilst I sit at home struggling with my children.
Your department has no client centricity, no empathy for the unemployed people.
