We started my Uif claim in November 2021. Since then it has been an uphil battle & to date I have not received a single cent. Every time the story changes. Send this, send that, resend this & that again. You also get conflicting instructions & no one takes responsibility for any incorrect instructions given. Today I asked to speak to a supervisor & was refused this request. Instead, I was told one would call me, which I know won't happen because of past experiences. It is frustrating to deal with this department as no one seems to know what they are doing

I have not had any response. It is a terrible department to interact with. Contacting the presidential hotline seems to be just as useless.

Nothing was resolved. No response whatsoever. This is just another useless governmental department that chows taxpayers' money and keeps lazy, incompetent people in jobs they don't deserve
