We started my Uif claim in November 2021. Since then it has been an uphil battle & to date I have not received a single cent. Every time the story changes. Send this, send that, resend this & that again. You also get conflicting instructions & no one takes responsibility for any incorrect instructions given. Today I asked to speak to a supervisor & was refused this request. Instead, I was told one would call me, which I know won't happen because of past experiences. It is frustrating to deal with this department as no one seems to know what they are doing
