UIF - Unemployment Insurance Fund - Uif from 2020 not paid out

I have applied in July 2020 for UIF, I received 1 payment of R758.25 on 7/12/2020. I have worked for +- 8 years at the same company. I have send in all documentation needed, however the people who worked with me got their payments way before me with the same documentation. I have been phoning in once a week for the past year. Sometimes I hear they are busy with it sometimes I hear its approved waiting for the release of payment. Can someone assist me with this
