I lodged my U-Filing unemployment benefits claim on 03/08/2021. Assessor did nothing I had to follow up and submit documents all done 02/09/2021. I was told claim approved on 21/09/2021. I call 0800 030007 on a daily basis asking a supervisor to call me. I sent 3 complaint emails nothing as done. I was promised on 7/10/2021 payment was made, this week I called daily and today I am told the Paymaster paid into the old account yet I submitted a U28 form so they took 3 week's saying my documents were sent for capturing but didn't update the bank details and now they dont want to fix it. Please assist me if you can.
