UIF - Unemployment Insurance Fund - Uif claim done online in january 2022 and to date no single payment has been made

I have applied for UIF in January 2022 and submitted all the relevant documentations, I was advised by the consultants that the documents have been received and will be processed, indeeded they responded after two days to advise me that my application has been approved and I should continue with continuation of benefits of which was done on 27 January 2022, I have followed up numerous times via call centre and was advised to wait, I them waited and then nothing happened, I followed up again telephonically and via email and in March I was advised that my application was approved and I must continue to do a continuation of benefits of which was done, I was told that the payment will be made withing 7 days, no payment was done I followed up again and again via email and telephonically with no assistant, I was then advised after numerous follow ups that I must submit my 3 month bank statement of which was submitted, I waited and did not receive any payment, I then kept of following up via email and telephonically and was advised again by the consultant that I must submit another continuation of payment, this was last week Tuesday and I did submit the COB of which an email was received from the department that the payment will be made within 5 business days, this is now in May 2022 from my initial application in January 2022, to date no payment has been made and I have been waiting, I kept on following up with the call centre department and via email and I am not getting any aid whatsoever, I again attached the documents to their email address ( contact centre email address) UI19, Form 2.8, copy of my ID and payment schedule with no assistance, I really don't know what to do anymore and really require assistance. Please note that I have not received a single payment since January 2022 when I initially applied for The UIF benefits online and via email to date.
