UIF - Unemployment Insurance Fund - Uif claim

I applied for UIF in April 2022, till date I have not received anything. I can't get information of how far my claim is from being approved, I submitted all the required documents but there's nothing else one can do other than to wait and it's frustrating. I can't get a single person from the uif to give me concrete information as to when payment will be made or if the will even be a payment made.
