I have applied for UIF (Unemployment benefits) on the 12 of May 2022 and to date I did not receive any feedback, when I call then they tell me they do not have a turn around time I should just wait.
I have submitted all the required and requested documents and information.
It is unprofessional,I mean we talking about lives of people here, and what is the use of the insurance if it doesn't help when you need it.
People are loosing houses while in the market for new employment, Can UIF stick to the 15 working days promise and resolve the outstanding.
