I made a continuation of benefits online on the 29th November 2022 and I have been calling UIF to check with them if they received it and also follow up why it’s taking so long to pay, I spoke to about 5 or 6 people who assured me that money will be in my account soon, but it has been almost a month now and there is still no money, I am very frustrated, this is supposed to be my 4th payment but it’s taking so long I am just negotiating be depressed.
I am very disappointed in how they do things lying to people and giving them false hope, why?..Labour should normalise making a once off payment and let the person sort out their own money, this thing of doing month to month payments they are failing at it and it making people frustrated and miserable because every month you have to struggle to het money that is due to you, it is absolutely not fair at all.
