I yet again follow up on my query. My last call on Wednesday 29 June the call centre agent advised me that I would receive feedback on Friday 1 July. To date no feedback at all
This is pathetic service. When employed you are under obligation to have your UIF payments deducted but when UIF is supposed to assist you in your time of need it's the biggest struggle ever
Please can I have my payment query resolved asap
