Please note I submitted my claim January 2022 online.
I've been following up my claim but always advises claim has been Escalated wait for 30 days I've sent emails advising I need money urgently I have to pay accounts nd school fees.
I've checked the claim status, claim sent to assessor its either assessor don't work or the is a lot of backlog claims hire more assessor, or let them work overtime we in need of money we have responsibilities.
