Shocking service, I send emails and only get an auto response with no feedback, continuation done 30 Jan 2023 and to date no response, I am still waiting for funds and it's now 24 Jan 2024, with no response but auto replies, you were very quick to deduct when I worked for 11 years and now I can't even get service with a resolution, shocking service!!!??

UIF has a tenancy not to respond, all the complaints I logged was never responded too, I had to call in and send many emails without feedback being given, lost words on what to say but I am shocked at the lack of service.

This complaint was considered resolved.
