I reached to UIF support team over a month ago via email, requesting to reset my log in details as I no longer have access to the email account nor mobile number I request with. A template was then sent back which I filled out and attached an ID copy to it. No response was provided and I called your customer services line multiple times and kept being told that a ticket has been logged but no timeframe can be given for this. I then sent an email last week complaining about this because I have now waited now long enough for the issue to be sorted as well as doing what I was requested to now. You guys now send me an email saying the issue has been resolved. The issue has not been resolved as I need to register with my new details because I do not have access to the old. How is this now classified as resolved?
