UIF - Unemployment Insurance Fund - Registered for uif jan 2020 and get nowhere after visiting dept several times

I have registered Jan 2020 for UIF,Due to injury I could not visit the Dept during the 6 months period.I supplied a new registration in July 2020 ,was told to submit a appeal for the reason of Jan 2020 registration I am late.Papers at the Rustenburg UIF Dept from may 2021 after I waited +_ 6 months to tell me I must submit an appeal, Appeal from 2021 may and get no feedback after visiting Dept 6 times sins July 2021.

Good day,This is my second email with complaints to UIF Rustenburg, not attending to my application which I applied for in Jan 2020 after an accident I had which led me too loose my job.
