So I applied for my unemployment benefit in March 2023 & there was a problem with my 2019 declarations struggled to get my declarations done by my company then I was advised by the uif consultants to go open a case of which I did in June 2023 at Mamelodi labour centre then in August 2023 my declarations were done for 2019 so I then received an sms on the 1st of August to submit a payment continuation within 28 days I did submit same day but still no payment I called in Sept 2023 to follow up they said I submitted too soon I must submit again I did so on the 7th of Sept 2023 but still no payment 7 months now am in arrears with all my accounts don't know exactly when i will ever receive my payment.Am out of words the consultants always give me stories so why did i receive an sms to submit a payment continuation what an inconvienance am in dhere need of this income.

Call centre needs to be trained more because their responses vary at all time. Going to the centre direct is the best
