I have submitted a continuation of benefits on the 1st of March. To date I have not received my payment although the status says it’s been sent to the paymaster. I have called their call center every day and am greeted by a different excuse each time. They have cost me numerous opportunities due to their lackadaisical attitude and processes. This is one of the reasons why we are a 3rd World Country. It’s pathetic and shameful
