I have logged my UIF claim online in 2020 and it remains outstanding and unpaid. Below are follow up reference numbers. When I call, they confim that all the documentation has been captured and is correct and there is no estimated completion date or anything to do but to wait. Almost 2 years of waiting now. I keep getting a response that volutary forms must be completed, but this is incorrect. All details provided on UI-19 and supporting documents from employer confirms that an error was made on capturing at employer's side, but nobody looks at the actual documentation to fix this! My employer provided a letter confirming their error and even a new UI-19. And funny enough, not even this complaint is being looked at after posting it on 5 May 2022.
