I claimed online from UIF on 31/08/2021. On 04/10/2021 I received an email stating that the necessary documents were received by UIF and had been sent for capturing and processing. I have phoned UIF on a monthly basis to enquire how far my application is, and every time I phone I am told that I should receive an email within seven working days advising me of progress. However, to date, five months since I submitted my documentation, I have received no emails and I am still waiting for payment.
