Good day

Dear Sir/Madam, I need help since I have no clue at what to do next.

On the 31st March 2021, I applied for short hours of work UITENHAGE DEPARTMENT OF LABOUR. I Submitted all required documents that day and was told to come sign on the 06th May 2021. I went there and was told "NOT CAPTURED YET", and was given 25th May 2021 to sign again. Same reply again "NOT CAPTURED", and was given 9th June 2021 to sign again. Same reply again "STILL NOT CAPTURED", and was given the date 27th July 2021 to sign but this time I was told to go query my application status at Port Elizabeth department of Labour since their working with the updated system.

I arrived at P. E. LABOUR DEPARTMENT on the 12th July 2021 where they required all my forms I submitted in order for them to send it for review. I was told to return to Port Elizabeth labour department on the 12th August 2021 again. Again I was told "THERE STILL NOTHING", I was asked for my forms again and this time they queried by sending an email to somewhere regarding the status of my application and was send again for review. I was told to return on the 26th August 2021 again. On the 26th August 2021 I was told that" NO SIR THERE STILL NOTHING FOR YOU" again an email was send regarding the status of my application, and was given the date of 14th September again. To date I haven't received any messages from UIF regarding my application.

This is really frustrating as I am still on short time work and on top of that I must still take time of from work to be at department of labour. I am loosing all the way. I already used R800 just to get to DEPARTMENT OF LABOUR so far and it's draining me. Can't I please get assistance in this matter. PLEASE.
