I originally applied in April 2022, then made contact with a lady names Rowena in the western-cape, at which point nothing happened further and my emails was ignored. Then in June 2022 I re-applied, and called the contact center on July 4th. I was asked for a list of documents that I was previously not asked for, by a consultant named Cwyita, I sent this. This is followed by me calling numerous times to make sure everything is in order now. I was reassured that everything is fine now. I called again on the 26th of July, only to be informed by a new consultant that there is another document needed, that I wasn't inform of in the time since April untill then at all. When I called again, on 4th of August I was told "it will be within this week as turn over is 35 days" by yet another consultant . It's been 114 days since my original application in April and nothing but miss-information and avoidance tactics since then
