Registered for UIF december 2020, got a few payments in 2021 but since August 2021 nothing. On enquiry, I was told my banking details were incorrect. Very strange as I did received payments previously on the same account. My bank details did not changed.
Went in to try and fix this. Handed in forms and was told within 3 days the payment will be made. This was 14 March 2022. Hence, nothing happened. When I contacted them again, no payment was loaded but they cannot give me a reason. No one can or want to assist me with this.
Once again visited their offices just to hear that now Telkom is one of the Fraudulent companies regarding UIF claims and that I need to submit a certificate of service again. Since then nothing has been done!!!!
