UIF - Unemployment Insurance Fund - No payments been made

UPDATE, this is now been over 8 months and still, no payments have been made. I lodged a complaint on 4 November 2022, reference number 178622, to date there has been no communication from the UIF Department. I find this very unprofessional and do not understand why they have not made any payments. I have emailed and uploaded the documents to them, why there is a delay I really do not know and understand. I am getting into a financial dilemma because of this. I am still unemployed and battling to find employment.
