Good Day

For more than a year now Im struggling to receive my UIF,
Whenever I phone the call center to enquire what the hold up is there is a different excuse, Afyer countless calls and frustration I was approved and was promised the payment will be one In December, This did not happen, So once again I started to enquire and once again a different story everytime, Please advise with accurate info on what the hold up is and when can I expect payment

Hi Suzet. I am really sorry about what you are going through. Have you ever visited the Department of Employment and Labour offices? If not, I suggest that you do so as soon as possible. On the other hand, I will escalate your problem.

Good day. They started now sending me emails. I phoned them again on Friday the 18th. The lady told me it is now with the Paymaster again. No payments received yet.

Good day. No I have not yet received my money. I keep on phoning every week and no one can tell me why it is not yet paid out
