I logged numerous queries with the UIF contact center and send about 50 e mail to query why I no longer receive payment. I last received a payment on 02/02/2022.
I then submitted another continuation of payment on the 11/02/2022 and again no payment. I then submitted again on 11/03/2022 continuation of payment. I did not receive proper reply except to confirm my query has been received. I am unemployed and need my payment extremely urgent an no one seems to give me proper feedback.
Please help.
