I applied for Uif benefits in January 2021 that was my first application . After numeros calls I received one payment in August of 2021 .Thereafter I had to submit relevent documents again after my first submission which I did like it was reqeusted of me. I submitted a continuation of benefits as they guided me but in December it was cancelled by Paymaster. I have been calling the call centre and nobody can give a honest answer . I have been back and foward to get money that is due to me . And yet it seems as if they are doing me a favour. They foward and escelate calls to the admin dept and yet Everytime I am being told admin will get back to me, nobody gets back .
