I have a new client that needs to register for UIF. I tried on U-Filing and I also sent them the registration documents by email. No feedback whatsoever for UIF offices. I sent follow up emails on the 2nd and 8th and 15th and 20th of June and 5th of July 2022 and 2nd and 29th of August 2022.
I also tried phoning the UIF call centre and switchboard various times, most of the calls just disconnected as soon as I start talking. The other UIF employees could not help me and said to phone again. This is extremely frustrating!
