I applied online (ufiling.labour.gov.za) for mertenity Benefits on the 11th of November 2021. The status on my ufiling app shows there's medical certificate outstanding of which was sent on the 11th. I resent it more than 5 times but there's nothing happening. When I call they kept on saying they're escalating my case to the relevant department. It's 5 months now
