Good day.
Firstly when I tried to use the UFILING like they tell you to my profile was locked. I received a case ID and was told it would take 2 weeks to resolve only 2MONTHS later did they unlock my profile I submitted my claim 15 of March.

On this case number I was requested to submit my medical certificate and UI 2.7 I did so on the 15th and the 18th of March. Till today I have received no money from UIF my maternity started 1 January and ended April 30th. Everytime I call they say my documents are still outstanding I then explain I have submitted almost weekly they then say that they will escalate my case.
Nothing happens. I called again 17may and was informed that those 2 documents were only handed in the 12th and payment will happen in 7 days 25th I called again was told same story that the medical document and UI 2.7 is outstanding again I tell the whole story to then hold the line for 20min while she assisted me to then tell me that it was only handed in and completed on the 24th of May. Today Again I called and was told that they will log a query as to when payment will happen and that I should wait for UIF to contact me but they do not know when it will happen. I have even returned to work and have still not seen a cent of my Maternity UIF.

I am still to receive any communication from UIF last call I made I was informed that they now have all my documents but 2 still need to be scanned in by the auditor. And that my claim is still to be audited and there is no turn aroud time or even any guarantee that my application will be approved. Meaning I have no guarantee that UIF will pay me MY money. I honestly feel that I want to cancel my monthly UIF payments because this is fraudulent of them taking my money EVERY month but when I want to claim back there is no guarantee
