I am Complaining about how long it is taking for my Maternity claim to pay out. I have submitted all my documents by September. I have started my process in June and each and every time I phone they tell me there is an extra document that needs to be submitted. They never told me all at once what I needed to submitted. By the time I finally submitted everything in September they told me it needs to be captured and approved. Every time after that when I phoned they told me its still needs to be captured. Last week when I pho ed the guy told me its been captured he needs to find out if it has been approved. He told me I must phone again to follow up. This morning when I phoned again the lady told me my leave income form and medical Certificate has not yet been captured she wil send it to be captured. I am already back at work for 2 months now and still there is no progress on my claim. I pay UIF every month so that when the time comes I can claim but you never get your money when time comes to claim. I am very upset and wish that this problem get solved asap.

Absolutely * FORBIDDEN *, my complaint was not even checked or handled at all I am still waiting for my money.
