Good day

I have applied for maternity benefit since last year September online till too date I have not received any feedback from the admin department I've since been calling in all I get is my application was escalated to thier admin team I have been patient but now this is really putting a strain on me and I'm really not getting any joy from the call center I then decided last year some time to visit my nearest branch which was the atteridgeville branch I was assisted by a miss vilikazi which was rude towards me then every week I made follow up via call center but still not getting any joy

This is not a company I would recommend to anyone the people delve don't have people's skills nor customer service one would think that online would be fast and convenient but it's clearly not even thier branches lake customer service
